Fourteen players together with 4 officials from the Ghana Cricket Association touched down at the Kotoka International on Thursday after qualifying for the African Division 1 Championship scheduled to take place in Uganda next year.
The Acting Sports Development officer at the National Sports Authority Ignatius Elletey received and commended the cricketers for their amazing record in South Africa.
”We are very delighted that you made Ghana proud, this is just the beginning point, we hope that you guys will continue next year in the Division one because that is where the real deal will be taking place.”
