THE 15th ANNUAL CEANA CONVENTION GOES BACK TO THE LONE STAR STATE - DALLAS, TEXAS.
The 2008 CEANA Convention returns to Dallas and Ewe Association of Dallas, is delighted to be your host once again! The convention is scheduled from August 28th to September 1st, 2008.

RESERVATION DEADLINE: Reservations by attendees must be received on or before August 15, 2008 (the Cut-off Date), and must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major Credit Card. Please call early to reserve your rooms at this very low and affordable rate.


CONVENTION PACKAGE: There will be a flat Convention Fee of $120.00 per person for each convention attendee. (Children above 12 years and all adults). Children ages 5-12 who will be accompanying their parents to any of the catered events will be charged a flat fee of $ 40.00

Pre-registration fees MUST be received by August 15, 2008 to be processed on time. Please note that all vendors to the convention would be charged a flat fee of $50.


CONVENTION PROGRAMS: The Convention program will begin on Thursday, August 28th and continue through Sunday August 31st 2008.


Thursday August 28 9: 00 AM - 6: 00 PM -- Arrival of Council of Representatives (COR) Delegates

Friday August 29 - .9: 00 AM – 5: 00 PM – Meeting of CEANA Executive Secretariat and COR Delegates from all member Associations.


Friday August 29………6: 00 PM – 10: 00PM --- Social Hour & Entertainment for all guests at the hotel.


Saturday August 30……9: 00 AM – 5: 00 PM --- General Convention meeting open to all Convention attendees, guests and family members. (Lunch will be catered by the Hotel).


Saturday August 30……8: 00 PM – 2: 00 PM ---- Catered Dinner/Banquet Gala Night – Great Music & Dance at the Marriott Hotel Ball Room in an atmosphere of pomp and pageantry.


Sunday, August 31…….9: 30 AM – 11:30 AM --- Non-Denominational Church service at the Marriott Hotel. Local Pastors as well as visiting pastors will be in attendance. ---- Miva ne mia da akpe na Yesu Kristo
