Zambia's Vice-President Inonge Wina has tested positive for coronavirus.
Her daughter who she lives with has also contracted the virus, according to President Edgar Lungu.
Zambia has 10,218 cases of coronavirus.
The country's football association cancelled the domestic league last month following a spike in Covid-19 cases.
