According to the New York Post, New York police-shooting victim Amadou Diallo's parents are to be deported to Ghana. Diallo was from Guinea.

But he stopped short of saying he was prepared to change his mind and support a bill that would grant Diallo's mother, Kadiatou, and other family members permanent-resident status in the United States.
"I have told hundreds of people I don't do private bills except in life-and-death situations, where if [a person] goes back, they could get killed ? and I've done it for one person," Schumer told The Post.
"I've had the policy, which is still my policy, but I'm always willing to talk to someone," he added.
Clinton has yet to take a public position on the issue, but has failed to support the Diallo bill in the past.
