The Ewe Association of Chicago Inc, an affiliate of both the Ghana National Council of Metropolitan Chicago and the CEANA Association of North America , retained Dr.Mark Kutame as the president of the Organization for the 2005 to 2006 year. Dr. Kutame's cabinet consist of the following:
President - Dr. Mark Kutame
Vice President - Mr. Reuben Hadzide
Secretary - Mr. Philip Senanou
Treasurer - Mr. Cornelius A. Kushigbor
Organizing Secretaries - Ms. Doris Sika Nkulenu and Mr. Anthony Avudzivi.
Current chief and queen of the organization are Torgbui Venya 1 ( Mr. Kwame Ampofo) and Mama Afua Abeli ( Ms.Salma Tahir).
On a visit to the Association's meeting last Sunday, December 16 2005, Ghanaweb correspondent noted that the organization in conjunction with CEANA has ongoing scholarship programs for students in Ghana.
