Ex-Ghanaian Police Officer Laid to rest In Toronto, Canada.

The mortal remains of an ex-Ghanaian Police Officer Patrick Arhin were laid to rest on Saturday, February 20, 2016, at Highland Memory Gardens cemetery in Toronto, Canada, after a protracted illness. He was called to eternity on January 26, 2016, at the Mount Sinai Hospital also in Toronto.

Patrick Arhin, a devout Presbyterian, was a Corporal at the Motor Traffic Unit (MTU) of the Ghana Police Service in Accra.

In a tribute by the Ghanaian Presbyterian Church, Toronto, Patrick Arhin was a full member of the Church until his untimely demise. According to the tribute, Patrick’s influence in the church is ingrained in the foundation of “our sanctuary”.

Besides, Patrick Arhin was a Member of the MEN’s FELLOWSHIP until falling ill and could not return. He contributed his time and finances when a decision was made to build a place of worship. The tribute stated that Patrick did so, with this verse from Exodus 25:8 in mind; “The people must make a sacred tent for me, so that I may live among them”.

The late Arhin was active in the church and participated in various activities. He was very humble, hard working and trust worthy and upheld the Christian faith passionately, the tribute added.

The widow, Roseline Effah Arhin said Patrick was a leader and a dedicated husband whose presence shall remain everlasting and expressed her sincere appreciation to GOD for uniting them.

Patrick Arhin was 64 years and is survived by Mrs. Roseline Arhin, widow, Derek Arhin, son, Diana Dickson, daughter-in-law, and Daniele Arhin, grand-daughter.
