This Cultural Exposition is organized by The Ghana National Council of Metropolitan Chicago. A cultural exposition, which showcases the Ghanaian traditional harvest scene, The Chicago area Ghanaian chiefs, Queenmothers, princes and princesses of the chiefs? court adorned in the most beautiful Ghanaian traditional fabrics, gold ornaments and other paraphernalia.
This also embraces other African cultures with Soccer tournaments comprising of about twenty African and Caribbean soccer teams.
GhanaFest is an exhibition with a makeup theme of a Cultural Exposition. If you have never visited Ghana or Africa; think of what you are missing! Ever witnessed the Ghanaian Traditional Thanksgiving Celebration? Again, think of what you are missing! It is big, and we keep on making it bigger each year! Ghanaian Cultural Extravaganza!
