Ghanaians Abroad will form "Government in Exile" if

"Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng (KWAME MAYOR) who says that he still has a stamped copy of a Private Bill he filed with the Clerk of Ghana's Parliament calling for among other things, "Granting un-conditional and full Citizenship or full privileges to Ghanaians with "Dual Citizenship" or to Ghanaians living abroad who are Ghanaians by birth and / or acquired Ghanaian Citizenship as a result of the fact that their parents are also Ghanaians by birth", has said that it would be the Legitimate and Democratic Right of Ghanaians living abroad to establish a "Government in Exile", if and only if the ruling Kuffuor's government tramples on their inalianable "Birth Right" to run for public office --- accusing the government for being only interested in implementing his strategic idea of granting Ghanaians living abroad their right to be registered to vote while trying to deny these same Ghanaians living abroad, some who are "Dual Citizens", their "Birth Right" to run for public office in Ghana.

"Ghanaians living abroad who are "Dual Citizens" are being treated like the persecuted Jews who are being denied their legitimate right to co-exist in peace and harmony with their ancestral and historical Palestinian Brothers and Sisters --- and the same Ghanaians living abroad who are "Dual Citizens" are being treated like Palestinians who have been denied their right to have a State they can call home in order to co-exist in peace and harmony with their ancestral and historical Jewish Brothers and Sisters", said the 2008 Ghana's Presidential Aspirant, a moderate and a scholar who has signalled a fair, objective and impartial Foreign Policy should he emerge as President of Ghana.

The Pro-American Democracy and Peace Activist, whose strategic ideas have dictated and shaped significant policies in Ghana since President John Agyekum Kuffuor came to power, said it would be in the best interest of Ghana if he becomes President since no single individual (without holding any public office), has been able to dictate and shape significant policies with Monumental Ideas in the Country like him.
