GHANAIANS IN ALICANTE (spain) BEAT NIGERIA 2-0 IN COMMEMORATION OF GHANA’S 50TH ANNIVERSARY.
There was a football match played to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Ghana, organized by the Money Gram. The Ghanaians in Alicante played vey well and were able to defeat their Nigerian counterparts by 2 goals to nil
The Ghanaians took home the gold medal and a cup, while their Nigerian counterparts took the silver medal.
The presentation was done by His excellency Mr.Francis Alex Tsegah (Ghanaian ambassador in Madrid). He congratulated the Ghanaian team "The begining of a thousand miles begins with the first step". This implies that the 50th GOLDEN jubilee of ghana is going to be successful as it has started in Alicante(SPAIN)
