Mahama relaunches Ghana in Georgia

Kennesaw- Ga Ghana's President John Dramani Mahama has relaunched his country to the state of Georgia as truly the preferred investment destination in West Africa. Speaking during a high-powered investment trip to the state of Georgia, USA at the Kennesaw University, the West African nation's President indicated that his administration is making the needed reforms that will attract all manner of investors Small and Large from the United States.

He said his Country's investment credibility is the; Peace and Political stability it prides itself of.

"Ghana's brand is the peace and stability which makes it attractive for companies to put their regional offices there".

The Business and investment lecture which saw investment giants like Delta Airlines, Coca Cola and others in Georgia attending, was to have a direct feel of how safe investors are in investing in the West African nation.

The Business and Investment summit was organized by the Kennesaw University with support from the Ghana Council of Georgia.

Speaking at the summit, Mr.Mahama assured US investors of Ghana's preparedness to embrace all manner of investors from the United States to boost the country's economy. He asked investors to look into Ghana's Agricultural sector since the availability of arable land in Africa is part of the continent's ongoing economic rebirth. Stating that Africa is more than the world's last farming frontier.

The high-powered delegation of the Ghanaian President included; Haruna Iddrisu, Trade and Industry Minister, Mahama Ayariga, Information and Media Relations Minister and Mrs Trebarh , Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ghana Investment Promotion Center (GIPC).

President Mahama re-echoed Ghana's stable political environment and the availability of immense natural resources in the country as what places Ghana in a competitive advantage for investment.
