NDC-USA Council of Elders hails John Mahama’s historic victory as president-elect

The Council of Elders of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the United States has extended heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency John Dramani Mahama on his historic victory as President-elect of the Republic of Ghana.
