Your Excellency,
On behalf of the members of NPP Japan, I wish to congratulate you and the entire NPP for the convincing victory at the Elections 2004. Indeed, we are all very proud of you, and excited that we have another four years (and we believe MORE!) to carry on with the Positive Change 2.
We are with you, Your Excellency, and pledge our continued support and help towards the realization of the noble aim of transforming Ghana into a dreamland, the country that would once more be the envy of the rest of the world.
