New Gospel CD launched In Chicago

Chicago, USA -- Two acclaimed gospel music stars from Ghana, Helena Rahbbles and Francis Adjei were at hand in Chicago to launch a new gospel CD titled “ Lord I Love you” by Nat Awuni, alias Nat, a seasoned musician and member of the Musician union of Ghana in Chicago, on April 5 2003 .

The event took place at 5649 N Sheridan Road in the Saint Andrew Greek Orthodox Church Auditorium.


The function, attended by many Ghanaians and Americans, included Francis Adjei, he released the admired gospel collection, “ Lord you are so Good” , Helena Rhabbles popular in Ghana for the gospel CD “ Ye wo Oman bi wo ho” and Martin Bonsu, Assistant Commissioner, city of Chicago.


The 14 track CD, all praises and worship, were composed and arranged by Nii Amanor, for Nat Awuni Music Ministry, NAMM, 7530 N. Wechester Ave. Suite 2 , Chicago IL 60626.


The songs, all almost well known, were well arranged with the lyrics of each track overlapping into the next, making “Lord I love you” in contention for best gospel music so far released this year.

In a short message to his fans, Nat thanked them for supporting his ministry and hope that the album will bring Salvation, Healing, Deliverance and Blessing to all who listen to it.


In dedicating “Lord I Love You”, Pastor Aidoo,Church of Pentecost,Chicago, said “when praises ascend, the Lords glory descends and by this gospel CD, I hope the Lords blessing will descend on all who play it.”


In a short chat with this reporter, Helena Rahbbles, (working on a new gospel CD , in the United States),extended greetings to her fans in North America and alluded that she may have few live performances in north America.
