Contrary to Constitutional requirements, former President John Agyekum Kufuor failed to report those who tried to bribe him to the Police and Bureau of National Investigation when he was in office, according to the self proclaimed Leader of People's Movement Against Corruption, "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Appiah Boateng, (Kwame Mayor) who reminded Ghanaians that Kufuor [himself] publicly acknowledged that some people attempted to bribe him during his Presidency --- The Iconic "People's Politician" also told the Nation Metaphorically, that if it is 100% true that former Military Junta Leader, Jerry John Rawlings accepted bribes or became corrupt while in office as Head of State then, Rawlings should do the right thing as a Man and (sentence himself) to death by Firing Squad at Teshie Military range --- in the same way he (Rawlings) sentenced Utuka, Bob Kotei, Felli, Akufo and Acheampong to death by Firing Squad.
(The Peace Activist however, cautioned Ghanaians against violence and un-necessary retaliation and instead, focus on Peaceful (Non-Violent) Resistance, thus siding with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr and Mahatma Gandhi's Non-Violence Philosophy).
Meanwhile, the Leader of the newly formed People's Movement Against Corruption has asked His Excellency, President John Evans Atta Mills to tell the Nation his side of the story regarding the serious bribery allegations made by a prominent Economist and Politician, Kwame Pianim --- "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Mayor is also, publicly asking former Presidents John Agyekum Kufuor and former Military Junta Leader, Jerry John Rawlings to take a "Lie Detector Test" to determine the truth of Pianim's allegations.
Although former President John Agyekum Kufuor once publicly admitted that some people tried to infuence him to accept bribes while he was in office, he (Kufuor) failed his Moral duty to cause the arrest of the Culprits, says the new Leader of "People's Movement Against Corruption" - PMAC, "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Appiah Boateng, known by Ghanaians around the World as "Kwame Mayor", and the former Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate turned Candidate for Governor of California who is hoping to succeed the "Terminator", Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in election 2010 said Rawlings' failure to deny Kwame Pianims' accusations of Bribery and Corruption is a serious matter for public scrutiny and that in advanced democracies like the United States of America, Kufuor and Rawlings could have been impeached if it was true that they received bribes while in office or outside office.
The "People's Politician" also said that former President Kufuor did not tell the Nation the truth that his government systematically stole his ideas while in office.
Before and on December 12, 2005, "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Mayor had publicly urged the former government, through published News Stories, such as News published on Ghanaweb.Com to build a "State of the Art" Presidential Palace like the White House, to be named the "Black House" to attract tourism in Ghana.
Ghanaians should always remember that it was "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Mayor's Platform that called for the "importation" of South Africa's Model of Truth and Reconciliation Commission (which he personally gave a copy to former President John Agyekum Kuffuor and Mr. Kwadwo Mpiani in Los Angeles in 2000 in front of several eye -witnesses - before Mr. Kufuor became President of Ghana); his abortive Yaa Asantewaa Demonstration that called on Ghana to seek "Economic Dialogue" with World Bank and the IMF to address their harsh impositions, that culminsated into Ghana's weaning itself from the World Bank; his published news in the Daily Graphic in 2005 in which he publicly called for Cash Benefits to the poor to ensure equity; his public call and personal letters to the Office of former President John Agyekum Kuffuor appealing for Voting Rights for Ghanaians living abroad; his Radio appeals in 2005, especially on Fox FM and registered letters to former President John Agyekum Kuffuor and Libya's Leader, Muammer Gaddafi calling for the rejection of AU Model and instead, replacing it with the idea of Ghana's first President, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah's call for a (Continental African Union Government or United African States) --- that culminated in Kuffuor's decision to hold a meeting of African Heads of State in Ghana, etc, etc.
The Politician who pummeled former President John Agyekum Kuffuor's legacy of extraordinary arrogance, greediness, selfishness and vindictiveness for eight (8) years and equally pumelled former Military Strongman Jerry John Rawlings as well as Major (Retired) Boakye Djan for cowardly executing former Heads of State and Army Generals such as the brave Okatakyie Akwasi Amankwa Afrifa, the beloved Rear Admiral Amedume, etc, repeated that he can work with His Excellency, President John Evans Atta Mills since President Mills has not done him any wrong.
" Former President Kufuor harboured extraordinary hatred against me, just because I demanded for Equal Rights and Justice after being exploited of my Strategic and Monumental ideas", hinted the Larger than Life Politician and Human Rights Activist.
Asked once again, whether he can work with former President Jerry John Rawlings, "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Mayor responded : "Why Not ?".
" I think Mr. Rawlings respects honest and courageous Men like me who is not afraid of anyting in this World, instead of the coward and hypocritical John "50 Cents" Kufuor who caused the downfall of the New Patriotic Party (NPP)".
" I still stand by everything I have said about former President John Agyekum kufuor, former President Jerry John Rawlings and Major (retired) Boakye Djan, said the Politician dubbed "America's Mandela".
"What President in this World would buy an expensive Airplane at a time when his Party [NPP] was bracing for elections ?", the answer is "John "50 cents Kuffuor"; and what President will decorate himself like Field Marshall Dada Dr. Idi Amin and "dance like Rapper 50 Cents" at a State Banquet when his Party [NPP] was bracing for elections - the answer is John Agyekum Kuffuor and what President will, at the end of his Presidency seek outrageous benefits unprecedented in the Nation's history - the answer is "Slick Willie John "50 Cents" Agyekum kuffuor", said the Politician who has learned America's sense of Political Humour.
The celebrated Politician once again, declared Moral Victory over former President John Agyekum Kufuor and his cruel as well as evil henchmen like his former School Mate at Great Koss, "Dis-Honorable" Stephen Asamoah Boateng (Asaabe) who abused his powers to terrorize him and the "sleeze" Mr. Kwadwo Mpiani, whose "cruel inside" exactly matches what can be seen outside.
Returning to alleged Bribery and Corruption in high places in Ghana, "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Mayor publicly asked His Excellency President John Evans Atta Mills to appoint him as Ghana's first Minister of "Public Morality and Ethics", explaining to Ghanaians that Kufuor and his henchman, Mpiani were so Morally and Ethically corrupt that they were afraid to allow him to serve in their government.
"Now the Nation will find out whether President John Evans Atta Mills would allow a Moralist like "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Mayor to serve Ghana".
"Morally and Ethically Corrupt People don't want to be surrounded by Good People and Pure Moralists" and what former President Kufuor did to me is everybody's guess, said the "Politician of the People, by the People and for the People".
The Great Politician said President John Evans Atta Mills cannot afford to behave the same way former President Kufuor mis-treated him.
