Barima Nana Ntiamoah has formally announced his candidacy for the position of Branch Treasurer of the New Patriotic Party USA (NPP-USA), bringing to the contest years of party service, financial stewardship and leadership experience grounded in discipline, integrity, and service.

Ntiamoah’s political journey with the New Patriotic Party began in Ghana, where he served as a Polling Station Officer at the King Christ List Polling Station in Kasoa, Central Region.

His commitment at the grassroots level led to his appointment as a member of the 2020 Election Committee, after which he rose to serve as Head of the Communication Team for ASEC, coordinating campaign messaging, voter engagement and internal communications.

He subsequently served as Communication Officer, became a member of the Central Regional Communications Team, and later contributed at the National Communications Team level, gaining firsthand experience in party organization, accountability, coordination, and strategic execution.

Currently, Barima Nana Ntiamoah serves as the Financial Secretary of the NPP-USA Chicago Chapter, where he is widely regarded for serving with dignity, integrity, and humility. In this role, he has supported transparent financial recordkeeping, member accountability, and the responsible use of resources to support chapter activities and member welfare.

Beyond party politics, Ntiamoah brings strong professional credentials that directly align with the constitutional responsibilities of a Branch Treasurer. He is the Chief Executive Officer of NanaKYahan Construction Limited, a Ghana-registered company undertaking construction and related infrastructure services.

He is also the CEO of AfriCloth International Limited, registered in both Chicago and Accra, a company specializing in African apparel and participant in international exhibitions across more than twelve countries.

His leadership philosophy is guided by the Akoben Adinkra symbol, representing vigilance, discipline, preparedness, and the call to responsibility. He is also a committed member of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, where his faith continues to shape his belief in service, accountability, and moral leadership.

Speaking on his candidacy, Ntiamoah emphasized that his decision is rooted in service rather than ambition.

“Seeking leadership, especially in a financial stewardship role, is a call to serve with discipline, transparency, and fairness.

"The aspirations being shared for our Branch require strong financial mobilization, balanced support for chapters, and conscious protection of member welfare if we are to reorganize, restrategize, and position our party to win.”

If elected, Barima Nana Ntiamoah has pledged to uphold the constitutional duties of the Branch Treasurer, strengthen financial reporting and compliance, support fair resource allocation between the Branch and chapters and promote disciplined financial planning that advances the collective goals of NPP-USA.

He called on party members and stakeholders to support a campaign anchored in unity, preparedness, and service to both the Branch and its chapters.
