It will be suicidal for NDC if this is ever implemented because NDC may go into sleep and snore for many yeras to come. You know why? As noted in an earlier comment many Ghanaians outside the country may be more of NPP than NDC and we know that NDC uses propaganda to to campaign to get many on their side but unfortunately propaganda does not govern or turn the economy but rather implementation of policies and tackling pertinent facing the economy. Therefore, many Ghanaian outside the would vote on issues and not on ethnicity, tribalism and religion because many of them are civilized and well informed so parochial matters do not take the center stage in politics.
