Samuel Appiah is young, talented and has become a top-notch Movie Director who is popularly known in the Film industry as; Sampower. The Board and entire 3G Awards Team has officially accepted his nomination to be honored.
The 3G Awards 2019 will be held on Saturday, November 23rd, 2019 starting at 9 pm @ Berean Hall, 1661 Boon Avenue, Bronx NY 10460 (Entrance on E 173 ST), 9pm-3am. The event dubbed "A Night of Heroes" recognizes the sacrifice and dedication of the leading trailblazers of the greater Ghanaian and Global communities.
This young movie director has contributed immensely to the film industry in Ghana. He is the main Organizer of the films workshop for the Ghana Film industry. This happened in Kumasi Cultural Center, Ashanti, Ghana.
Sampower won an award as the Director behind the movie;"Ghana Galamsey" in 2017. that organized by GH MOBILE MONEY. He has directed about 100 movies and some are; "Honeymoon, Fake,Sin, Metanfo Benme, Awurade boame, Obinteasie, Nyame Doba, Born Again, etc. He is also the Director of the most-watched hit series on Adom TV, "Sankofa"
Last year’s event was historical and was graced by some of the following honourees; Emelia Brobbey (actress), Kofi Adomah Wanwani (Kofi TV), Dan Kwaku Yeboah (Peace FM), Captain Smart (Adom TV), Koofori, Counsellor Lutterodt, and Hon. Kwamena Duncan, Central Regional Minister. The Annual 3G Awards New York has become a mega-event with many celebrities, business professionals and Media personalities showing interest. Founded in 2009 by 3G Media Group.
