MP for Effiduase-Asokore constituency, Dr. Nana Ayew Afriyie with some dignitaries
In the spirit of unity geared towards contributing to the development of Effiduase in the Ashanti Region, indigenes from Effiduase in various parts of the United States have officially inaugurated ‘Effiduaseman Association of USA’.
The colorful inauguration which was graced by Member of Parliament [MP] for Effiduase-Asokore constituency, Dr. Nana Ayew Afriyie was held at Riverfront Public Library Hall – Yonkers, 1 Larkin Center, Yonkers, NY, 10701 over the weekend with a fundraising dinner to support some major developmental projects in the constituency.
The association will be upgrading the district hospital in Effiduase into an ultra-modern hospital to serve its people and other communities around.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Nana Ayew Afriyie lauded the association for their vision and called on other Effiduaseman around the globe to emulate such gesture back home.
“I am happy with their spirited determination.” He said
The Founder and President of the association, Archbishop Dr. Daniel Mensah Antwi Boasiako of the Power of Faith International Ministries, USA noted that the association is ever ready to help develop Effiduase.
