27-year-old Ghanaian wins 1st Pitts Dental School award

A 27-year-old Ashraff Buari, Ghanaian, has beat 120 students from different countries in the world to win the first recipient award in Pitts Dental School of Medicine on August 2019 in the United States of America.

He also took away money and a scholarship.

He explained that his only dream is to pursue oral maxillo facial course to help the under privileged in Ghana and abroad.

He added that in order to achieve that dream he made all the efforts to pass and win various scholarships at Faith Montessori School, Atlanta Metro College and Columbus State university in Georgia.

He said “ I am glad that gradually my dream is becoming a reality and through my efforts it has enable two Ghanaian women had an opportunity in the university to further their education.”

He encouraged the youth to take advantage of every chance that may come their way by making an impact in the lives of others.

According to him, “those who achieve success are not the brightest or smartest minds in the world but they are the most hardworking and relentless. “

He added “they never stop, they are never complacent, they keep learning, grinding and striving for greatness. Each one of you have something special to offer, never let anyone tell you that you are not worth and never let anyone outwork you. The sky is not the limits!”

Mr Buari was also made face of school magazine at Pitts Dental University.

He also thanked his family especially Alhaji Sidiku Buari for his fatherly role in his life and for believing in his dreams.
