Former Ghana coach James Kwesi Appiah will be confirmed as the next permanent Black Stars boss, though an announcement will be delayed to coincide with a GFA executive committee meeting set to take place in the upcoming weeks.

Kwesi Appiah is set to return home after recently taken charge of Sudanese club Al-Khartoum as head coach. "Mayele" as he is popularly known mutually terminated his contract with the Black Stars after the disastrous Brazil 2014 saga and likely to be Avram Grant's successor Sportsobama.com sources revealed.
