Ghana international Jeffrey Schlupp is part of the starting team that is playing Liverpool far away in China as teams warm up for the season.
Schlupp is seen as one of the dependable players for new Palace boss after they failed to hold on to Big Sam Alladyce at the end of last season.
The Ghanaian joined them mid way through last season and was a man on form helping them to put up some remarkable results to avoid relegation.
He was named in a strong Palace starting line-up that had the likes of Benteke and Zaha all in the starting line up.
