Kevin-Prince Boateng has opened up about his experience at Spanish giants FC Barcelona.
The 32-year-old forward joined the La Liga champions on a six-month loan deal from Sassuolo in January. The agreement also included an €8m purchase option.
The Ghanaian international was signed to provide cover for Uruguay striker Luis Suarez but has found opportunities hard to come by.
Despite his limited chances, Boateng insists he is happy to be able to experience the chance of playing for a club like Barcelona.
“It is an intense experience, working in a club like Barcelona requires a lot of demand, but it is rewarded with the satisfaction of seeing how all that work translates into sporting successes. Playing three competitions [League, Copa del Rey, and Champions League] in a team like Barça is an opportunity that happens very little in life and I am very happy to be able to experience it“
