Medeama SC Coach Samuel Boadu has expressed satisfaction with his team’s performance in their 1-0 win over newly promoted Karela United in the big Western derby on Sunday.
Former Asante Kotoko striker, Kwame Boateng solitary strike after connecting beautifully from Agyenim Boateng’s sleek pass was enough to hand The Mauve and Yellows all three points.
"it was a great victory for us and me as a coach. My first victory as a premier side coach" Samuel Boadu told reporters
"we have quality depth and good players for all positions. Starting the likes of Justice Blay, Theophilous Nyame, Tetteh Zutah and Ofori Antwi from the bench speaks volume" he added
"We started four of our new signings and the performance on the field was evident to all”
