Accra Hearts of Oak have completed the signing of goalkeeper Richmond Ayi on a free transfer.
Ayi appended his signature to the four-year deal on Friday after officially leaving West Africa Football Academy last week.
The budding goalkeeper will be battling Ben Mensah and experienced Ernest Sowah for the Phobians starting spot as they seek to bring the glory days back.
“@HeartsOfOakGH is delighted to announce the signing of former WAFA goalkeeper Richmond Ayi.” The Phobians tweeted.
Ayi burst into the scene in the 2016 GPL with Techiman City where he was outstanding despite the club’s relegation.
He has currently been called to the Ghana Black Meteors team.
