Karela United FC's 21-year-old forward Solomon Safo-Taylor has signed a 4-year deal with Danish first division side Vendsyssel FF at Aalborg at an undisclosed fee.
Vendsyssel is hoping the Ghanaian who scored 8 goals in 17 games will help them gain promotion to the Danish Super Liga.
At his unveiling Solomon said ”Am happy to be here, it is an ambitious club with good facilities and I hope that together we can move up in the Super League again”
He added “my goal for this season is to develop as a player while helping the team win lots of matches and score many goals.”
Ole Nielsen, Sporting Director for the Danish side believes that Safo-Taylor’s ability to turn on direct defenders due to his low center of gravity is a plus for the Ghanaian and looks forward to seeing him become a great player in future.
Nana Kwame Boafo CEO NKB Sports Agency and agent of Safo-Taylor is certain his client will excel at Vendsyssel.
Safo-Taylor has been called to Black Meteors who will play Algeria in September in an U23 AFCON qualifier
