Dr. Arthur Kobina Kennedy, New Patriotic Party (NPP) Presidential Hopeful, is taking his campaign to Ghana.

Speaking to his Campaign Team in North America at Orangeburg, USA, on Sunday, August 20, 2006, Dr. Kennedy said he had decided to move the campaign to Ghana because that is where the real action is.

In addition, the campaign team in Ghana has been expecting him (Dr. Kennedy) to come over to be introduced to the NPP leaders from the constituency to the national executives.

Dr. Kennedy, Chief Executive Officer of Family Health Centres Inc., Orangeburg SE in the USA, and one time a vibrant student leader in Ghana, announced that a number of activities including town hall meetings and tours had been scheduled for him.

He told the North American Campaign team that flight arrangements are complete for his departure to Ghana on Wednesday, August 23, 2006. He appealed to the team not to relent but to continue the good work the members have been doing.

Mr. Patrick Akenteng, Chairman of Toronto, Canada branch of the Friends of Arthur Kennedy, assured Dr. Kennedy of the team’s dedicated service.
