Andre re-joins the Swans on a three-and-a-half-year contract for a club record deal of £18 million on Wednesday.
The 28-year-old has reunited with his brother at the Liberty stadium after playing together at French giants, Olympique Marseille.
Jordan reiterated his delight with his brother's reunion and hopes they can hit the ground running as soon as possible in the battle for survival in the Premiership.
Andre scored 12 goals in 34 appearances during his first spell with the Welsh-based outfit.
He will join his new team-mates in training today to prepare for their upcoming clash against Leicester City at the King Power Stadium on Saturday.
