The Black Stars of Ghana have arrived in Reykjavik for the International friendly against Iceland on Thursday 7th June.
Ghana traveled from Japan after beating the Sumarai Blues last week Wednesday after goals from Thomas Partey and Levante forward Emmanuel Boateng ensured victory.
The Black Stars are in Iceland to familiarize themselves with the weather ahead of the encounter.
Iceland have qualified for the FIFA World Cup in Russia and will use the game as a preparatory one for the Mundial.
Meanwhile, Ghana will see this as perfect opportunity to test some of the newcomers ahead of the AFCON qualifier against Kenya in September.
The European country have Nigeria, Argentina and Croatia in the same group at the World Cup.
