Ghana deputy skipper Andre Ayew will pocket €3.2m for his loan deal to Turkish side Fernabache.
The club with an option to buy at the end of the loan spell would have to cough up €15m for the Ghanaian star.
Ayew joined the side on Friday from English side Swansea City after completing a medical.
"Mr. President, managers, sporting director and everyone who welcomes me very warmly from the moment I arrived in Istanbul, I feel that I am an important part of this club and I assure them that I will give everything for this great football club." He said after the signing.
Andre Ayew is expected to be a key member of the team going into the new Turkish season.
