National Women’s Organizer aspirant for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Dr. Hannah Bissiw has lent support for former President John Mahama in his bid to lead the party again.
Mr Mahama has already declared his intentions to be the flagbearer of the NDC for the 2020 elections.
Hannah Bissiw said she believes in the vision of the former president and the vision is the one that will bring back NDC and also help Ghana, hence her decision to support him.
The former Deputy Minister of Works and Housing in Mr Mahama’s administration said this on Onua FM’s Yen Sempa on Wednesday.
“I support [former] President Mahama not because he was my boss but I believe in his vision,” she stressed.
Dr. Bissiw added: “I wish all the aspirants well but I support Mahama. Everyone has the one he believes and I believe in John Mahama”.
