Ghanaian foward John Antwi was on the score sheet as Pyramids FC walloped Mauritanian outfit FC Nouadhibou 6-0 in their second group game of the CAF Confederation Cup on Sunday evening.
The former Dreams FC attacker scored his side’s third goal of the game in the 52nd minute as they run riot on the day.
Egyptian midfielder Mohamed Farouk got a brace on the day, while Burkinabe midfielder Eric Traore and a Ivorian defender Wilfried Kanon were all on target to make sure it was a memorable night for the Egyptian outfit.
Pyramids FC have made it two out of two wins in their opening two group matches of the competition and lead Group A with six points while today’s opponents sit rock bottom of the table after two matches with no points.
