Zino Lexili Ogazi sworn in as UNYA Ghana deputy special envoy

Zino Lexili Ogazi has been officially appointed and sworn into office as the United Nations youth association Ghana (UNYA), Deputy Special Envoy.

Queen Zee as she is affectionately called is an ex-beauty queen, model, MC, philanthropist, entrepreneur, Multiple awardees and a young leader who is determined and displays the character needed for a leader. She is a young leader with a mission to display the richness and beauty of African cultural diversity.

The young leader's latest appointment as the Deputy Special envoy of the United Nations youth association of Ghana doesn't come as a surprise because she has been working tirelessly under the auspices of her foundation ( Urban and rural dream foundation ) to cater for impoverished children, encourages the girl-child to focus & strive to actualize her dreams, works to seek for women empowerment & social upliftment in Africa.

The flight of urban and rural dream foundation has already taken off & is actively working in Ghana and Nigeria currently.

Queen Zee is the Chairperson of SUPREME DYNAMIC CONCEPTS LIMITED, the Mother company to SUPREME DYNAMIC AGENCY/ACADEMY. She is the Founder and executive producer of MISS BLACK BEAUTY AFRICA & BLACK BEAUTY AFRICA AWARDS. She is also the owner of the award-winning clothing brand, YES! BLACK & PROUD CLOTHING and the C.E.O of Black Beauty Africa TV. (An online Tv)

Queen Zee is also the first female Vice President of the Models Union of Ghana.

The United Nations Youth Association of Ghana, the inaugural ceremony for new leaders took place at the Ministry of foreign affairs and regional integration in Accra Ghana, on Saturday the 7th March, 2020, with a call on government and traditional leaders to involve the youth in decision-making processes in fulfilment of the UN Security Council Resolution 2250.

Speaking at the swearing-in ceremony, the Country Head of UNYA-GH, Lilian Sally Addo said the Association which is the youth wing of the United Nations Association of Ghana (UNAGH); remains the only legitimate body duly recognize and certified by WFUNA to champion the course of the youth in Ghana as far as the UN is concerned.

She pledged the commitment of the new leadership to work hard for the interest of the youth; adding the Association is collaborating with other stakeholders to achieve its objectives.

Lilian Sally Addo further appealed to corporate bodies and development partners to come on board to support the activities of UNYA-GH.

The United Nations Youth Association-Ghana is the people's movement of the United Nations, working with and for the Ghanaian youth aimed at modelling the UN body and UN agenda.

UNYA-Ghana seeks among others to create greater spaces for the youth to participate meaningfully in the development of the country at all levels and particularly in peace processes.

The swearing-in ceremony was performed by the United Nations Youth association Ghana, Country head, Madam Lilian Sally Addo for them to begin their term in office.

The ceremony was attended by several renowned personalities and dignitaries.
