Stock market All-Share Index drops

Accra, Sept. 20, GNA - The GSE All-Share Index dropped 4.52 points in quiet trading on Tuesday, pulled down by losses from two equities.

The index fell by 4.52 points to close at 4,884.18 points compared to 4,888.70 points on Monday.

Change for the year-to-date ended at -28.16 per cent. There were two negative price changes.

Ghana Commercial Bank lost 50 cedis at 6,850 cedis and Starwin Product Limited shed 50 cedis at 550 cedis. Shares that changed hands were at 65,300 shares down from 123,200 shares on Monday.

Market capitalisation closed lower at 92,144.85 billion cedis compared to 92,156.80 billion cedis at the previous close from 3,393.18 issued shares.
