Ghana defender Daniel Opare will beva free agent when his contract expires at the end of the season.
The Ghana international’s contract expires at Royal Antwerp at the end of the season and the club is not interested in renewing if for another season.
The 29-year-old has had his season at Antwerp hampered by an injury which sidelined him for the entire 2019/20 season.
He suffered a knee injury during a preseason friendly against KFC Brasschaat and had to undergo surgery.
Opare has since lost his place to the strong Aurelio Buta.
Having gained experience with teams such as FC Porto, Standard, Besiktas and Augsburg, he should not struggle to find a new team.
