Twenty healthcare workers at the Effie Nkwanta Regional Hospital in the Western region have tested positive for Covid-19.
Star News’ Western regional correspondent Emmanuel Ohene Gyan reports that a meeting between the health service and directors of the hospital is currently ongoing to asses the situation.
According to the hospital, a number of measures were put in place to protect the health workers from the virus and would want to ascertain the loopholes.
The meeting will also help identify the gaps to prevent others from contracting the disease.
