National Organiser of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kofi Adams has said the ruling New Patriotic Party [NPP] will be living in 'fear' over the return of former President Mahama to the contest the presidency in 2020.
The former President sent a high powered delegation to inform the National Executive Committee of the NDC about his intention on Thursday, 23rd August 2018.
Some NPP members have reacted on Mahama’s ‘comeback’ with claims that he will be ‘defeated’ and ‘retired’ from politics in 2020.
But the National Organiser of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kofi Adams told Mac-Jerry Osei Agyeman on NEAT FM's political talk show ‘Torchlight’ that, the ‘Elephant’ fraternity wasn’t expecting the return of Mr Mahama.
“I think they are suffering from diarrhea. They least expected his return. They will regret the day Mahama made his decision to contest the presidency again,” he said.
