President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has urged Ghanaians, especially Christians to remember the country in their prayers as they celebrate the Easter festivities.
While urging motorists to be careful on the road in his Easter video message, the president also acknowledged the country still has hurdles to cross, for which reason he wants Ghanaians to keep praying.
“As we celebrate Easter, let us drive carefully on our roads and keep our nation in our prayer”, he said.
“There are many more hurdles to overcome, if we are to fulfill the dreams and aspirations of our forebears who envisage our nation to be that shining”, he continued.
The President also used the opportunity to tout the successes of his two-year old government describing them as progress made.
