The private sector is more demanding of hard work and sacrifice. My first job after school was in the private sector and it almost killed myself.

Work I did in a day is done in a month in the government organisation.

No new V8 Lexus,Cardilac SUV's to be used by your appointees either public or private purchase,no large conveys,life style audits that will includes surrogates and families of appointees.
Set up a protected whistle blower line in your office for complains and let the security investigate all complains
