It is only the blind that do not see the effect of Ndoum¹s exit- CPP Youth Organiser

The Youth Organizer of the Convention People¹s Party (CPP) Mutala Mohammed has admitted to the fact that the departure of Dr. Paa Kwesi Ndoum from the CPP is ³a big blow to the party².

³It is only a blind person or somebody who has an agenda to push that is known to him or herself alone that will not see the effect of Ndoum¹s exist from the party², he said.

Speaking in an interview on ³Let¹s Talk Politics², on Xfm 95.1, Mr Mutala said the fact that the CPP had to let go of Dr. Ndoum gives an indication that ³it is the beginning and destruction of the CPP²

According to him, ³Dr Ndoum should be called back into the party because his departure at this point in time is not in favor of the of the party¹s agenda of winning the 2012 polls².

Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom, announced his decision to quit the party to pursue his presidential dreams with a new political movement in the 2012 elections.

He addressed the media on his decision Wednesday morning, calling on visionaries who seek the welfare of the ordinary Ghanaian to join forces with him.

Dr. Nduom who described 2012 as "a year of deliverance for Ghana" urged Ghanaians to vote massively for him in next years polls to experience real change in their pockets.

His decision to quit has received mixed reactions from some of the party¹s big shots. While some describe it as good riddance, others think otherwise.

The CPP¹s youth organiser, opined that how the party¹s leaders will handle this will determine the future of the party.

³Whether I will stay or not will depend on what unfolds from now till the day I¹ll decide to leave or stay. I can't see the future; but for now, I am still the Youth Organiser of the CPP².

³The people, who are supposed to solve the problems of the party at his moment, are themselves the problems. Doing this would not augur well for the party² he decried.
