A popular Kumasi-based National Democratic Congress [NDC] serial caller, Frank Kwaku Appiah, popularly known as ‘Appiah Stadium’ says it is “really difficult” to be an ardent follower of the NDC in the Ashanti Region – a province noted to be the headquarters of the ruling party.
Despite the difficulties as claimed by Appiah Stadium, his love for former President John Dramani Mahama isn’t dying anytime soon in the region.
According to him, “absolutely nothing” will force him to change his mind towards the former first gentleman after vowing to defend and campaign for his comeback.
Speaking on NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’, the diehard Mahama supporter noted that until the former President retires from politics he [Appiah Stadium] will continue to support him.
“I will retire from politics with papa [John Mahama]. It s really difficult to support NDC in Ashanti region, but I don’t want to say much,” he said.
