The General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), John Boadu has vehemently chastised the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for politicizing crime in the country.
He said such a stance by the NDC is not only senseless but highly inimical since crime has no colour. Speaking to host, Kwame Tutu of Kingdom FM’s Anopa Nkomo on Friday, John Boadu bemoaned the situation where the NDC always fails to give acknowledgement where it is deserved.
He emphasized that crime is a national issue which affects every individual irrespective of one’s religion, political or social background.
‘Politicising crime is a shame and must be stopped’.John Boadu commended the National Security for its swift operation that led to the rescue of the two Canadian women at Kenyasi.
The two Canadians were in Ghana for volunteerism and got kidnapped by some thugs now facing the law.
