Incumbent Member of Parliament for Krowor constituency, Elizabeth Afoley Quaye, has filed to retain her seat in parliament.
The filling ceremony, which took barely 30 minutes at the party office, was preceded with jubilation by some of the constituents, right from the aspirant’s house through some principal streets of Nungua to the party office at Nungua Barrier.
In her address after the submission she called expressed said she is overwhelmed by the support shown her.
She urged her constituents to vote massively for her, and the president, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, again in the upcoming general elections.
She emphasized that government was poised to push more development to the constituency, and such could only materialized if she as well as her president remained in office for four more years.
