Ghana Premier League giants Kumasi Asante Kotoko have commenced re-grassing their Adako-Jachie training grounds after it suffered a massive fire outbreak two years ago.
That is the third phase of the Porcupine Warriors project to reshape the training pitch which caught fire in 2016.
Kotoko have been forced by the project to resort to their other facility, which also happened to the only one left for all their training activities for the past two years.
The project is part of attempts by the Executive Chairman of the club, Dr. Kwame Kyei to rebrand the club to reach an appreciable standard for the club.
The project, financed by the club’s main sponsors MTN Ghana is expected to be completely ready for use in April 2019.
The project is part of MTN Ghana’s obligation to Asante Kotoko as the headline sponsor of the club.
