Jordan Ayew will be denied a second reunion of the season with his brother Andre when Aston Villa visit Swansea but lets check their statistics to see who is the best among the two.

Andre has been ruled out with an ankle injury so there will be no repeat of the October fixture at Villa Park when both siblings scored.

It was the Swansea striker who got a late winner that day to seal a 2-1 away victory, but how have the two players compared over the course of the campaign.

We checked out the statistics to see whether Andre or Jordan has sparkled brightest during the Ghanaians' first season in the Premier League.

Apart from the clash earlier in the season, the defeat that finished off Tim Sherwood's reign, Jordan has got the better of his older brother.

The pair had met twice before this season during Jordan’s one season at Lorient with the Villa man prevailing. Jordan scored the opener in a 1-1 draw before notching twice in a 5-3 victory towards the end of the 2014/15 campaign.

But back to this season. The statistics are incredibly tight even though Jordan has played in a very poor Villa team, compared with his sibling’s Swansea side who have secured 17 more points than Villa’s measly tally of 16.
