The Volta Regional Minister, Joseph Amenowode, has stated that he does not take
money or kickbacks from contractors... Mr. Amenowode however said that he will not
hesitate to take goats if they bring them to him. “I always reject envelopes from
people but if you bring me a goat, I will accept them, adding, “Will you have
rejected them if you were in my shoes?”
Bleating goats
Diapers
Goats in suit
Called educated elites
Diapering thievery
Goat-ing thievery
The educated thieves take it all
They have gone the way of goats
Foraging freely like goats
Released from walled moral probity
Corruption is their birthright
The educated elites
Dishonest kingpins
Take it all
Bleating like free-range goats
Bleating like non-fenced goats
The educated mercenaries
With long grafting fingers
Fingers that love to caress goats
Goats in envelopes
Bleating goats
The educated thieves take it all
And have it all made
The Joseph Amenowodes
Decries money
But loves goats in envelope
Concealed theft
Hidden theft
Give it four legs
