Do Ghanaian men need an education on sex

I have got two adorable sisters between the age of thirty three and thirty eight. The eldest one has four children with her Ghanaian husband. She is also quite a remarkable mother to her children if I should say so myself. My admiration for her is beyond heaven--my love for her undoubtedly for all seasons. The youngest sister, on the other hand, calls herself a free spirit. The men in her life go as quickly as they come. As a result, our family calls her a revolving door. The longest relationship, which she ever had with a man, lasted for three months. Surprisingly, everybody thought that she was adopting a new life style, when this guy and her were still dating after two months. Usually, my youngest sister would date a guy for about a month, and that would be it. She would tell us that that particular guy was not a man enough for her. Hence, her decision to break up never again to make up. Of course, we never bothered to ask her what she meant by that. Occasionally, my mother would sit her down and tell her, "look, a man is what you make him to be." "Your father didn't know how to cook when I first met him." "But now, look, doesn't he prepare the soup better than me?" "Your father cooks, cleans, and does everything." "Mind you, he wasn't like that in the beginning, you know?" "I trained him."

Unfortunately, my youngest sister hasn't change her life style a bit. She is still on a dating spree. I have feeling that she would never change. But, who knows what the future has in store for her? I mean, nobody dates forever. She came to visit me the other day--I couldn't help but intrude on her privacy. I, therefore, asked her; do you see yourself ever settling down with a Ghanaian bloke? She answered me and said; "bro, Ghanaian men are so selfish in bed." "They expect a woman to give them oral sex and act out their wildest fantasies in bed." "They, needless to say, refuse a woman the same when it's her turn." "So far, the Ghanaian men, whom I have dated refuse to go oral on me." "Lord knows that I do keep it clean under there." "So, what do you expect me to do?" "Marry a guy, who enjoys getting head, but who wouldn't work it there with his tongue need it be?" "No, bro, I cannot go for that." "I make them come--they should be able to make me come." "I haven't yet come across a single Ghanaian guy, who has a less selfish approach to sex." "Usually, most of these guys would jump on me and hump themselves away like mad." "Bro, do you know how long it takes for a woman to reach an orgasm?" "Well, it depends" I replied. "I know that" she said. "But, do you have an idea?" "Fifteen minutes?" I asked.

"See, this is exactly what I am talking about" she said. "Fifteen minutes is how long it takes for a woman to warm up." "Now, imagine reaching an orgasm within fifteen minutes, whilst your woman is in the process of warming up." "Would you make her come, or would you excuse yourself by falling asleep like most of you men usually do after sex?" she asked. "It would be nice if I could help her reach an orgasm, don't get me wrong."  "It's just that I don't know where I would get the strength from after my fifteen minutes" I said. "So, would you leave her lying there unsatisfied then?" she asked. "Bro" she said. "Now, I am going to ask you another question." "I expect an honest answer from you, ok?" "Do you ever ask your wife if she comes after having sex with her?" "To tell the truth, I have never asked her before" I said. 'Why not?" she asked. "Well, because she never complains" I responded. "Oh, boy, you Ghanaian men are such fools" she said. "Do you know why she never complains?" she asked. "I have a feeling that you're about to tell me." "So, go on and tell me" I said. "No, I will not tell you--go figure." "Better yet, go ask that wife of yours" she said. "You know what?" "You Ghanaian men need a serious education on sex" she added laughingly.

My sister left with me thinking seriously about the questions--which she asked. Also, her questions helped me to better understand her situation. I must confess that I saw the light for the first time. Perhaps, we Ghanaian men need an education on sex, or perhaps we don't. So, do we? Please, let me hear from both our Ghanaian brothers and sisters on this issue.
