Fear the Imperialist and grow old

Mon, 29 Sep 2003 Source: Aidoo, Prince Junior

Fellow countrymen, one day can be a day, or one day can be thousand years. I have a vision that, that special day, shall be a day a slave shall uprise and to tell the master the “Imperialist” that enough is enough. The white man made us slaves over two hundred and fifty years ago and set us free later but, the African is still not free. Two hundred fifty years later, the life of the African is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and by the chains of discrimination. Two hundred fifty years later, the African lives on a lonely continent of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. Two hundred fifty years later, the African is still languished in the corners of Imperialist society and finds himself as a slave in his own land because they have made us blind not to see the riches around and under our feet. Our leaders have now turned to be “Beggars”. Without begging! the World Bank, the IMF and other colonial lenders, the African leader is incapable to manage his own affairs and to feed his own people. The African leader is made blind that he doesn?t even know what he used the money he borrowed for. Financial losses to the state is always the end result. Corruption and mismanagement is the African national Anthem today. Why?.

Fellow countrymen, the new African is now awake from sleeping and about to strike and tell the Imperialist his transgressions against the African. The new African has come to cash the check of his ancestors labor. The new African knows the history of his ancestors. The new African knows the architects who wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence for the African. This African Independence declaration was just a camouflage of neo-colonialism. This same Constitution and Declaration of Independence was written for Ghanaians. Today Ghanaian?s Constitution can easily be manipulated to suite the Imperialist demands and to protect all sorts of atrocities meted on his people.

It is obvious today that the Imperialist has defaulted for thinking that so far as her salves are concerned, they will never get back to their senses to revolt against them. Instead of honoring this independence obligation, the imperialist has given the Black people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds." These is no money in our coffers to pay for the slaves we maltreated. They say they helped the Africans in getting their eyes opened or in other words "We made you civilized".

Fellow countrymen, there will be neither rest nor tranquility in the world until the African is granted his full “Freedom and Justice”. The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the day the Imperialist pays back that check of freedom and justice to the African.

Fellow countrymen, we have a reason to fear the Imperialist. Let me tell you the history of the African?s incapability of developing. Every African may ask why all these years Africans are not developing after slave trade has ended for over two hundred and fifty years?. The answer is simple like this:

THE ORIGIN OF AFRICAN?S INCAPABILITY OF DEVELOPING/h4> A white advocate once said: Let us make a slave. What do we Need?

He said, “First of all we need a black Nigger man, a pregnant Nigger woman and her baby Nigger boy. Second, we will use the same basic principle that we use in breaking a horse, combined with some more sustaining factors. We reduce them from their natural state in nature; whereas nature provides them with the natural capacity to take care of their needs and the needs of their offspring, we break that natural string of independence from them and thereby create a dependency state so that we may be able to get from them useful production for our business and pleasure”.

“We lay down the following principles for long range comprehensive economic planning:

    1) Both horse and Niggers are no good to the economy in the wild or natural state.

    2) Both must be broken and tied together for orderly production.

    3) For orderly futures, special and particular attention must be paid to the female and the youngest offspring.

    4) Both must be crossbred to produce a variety and division of labor.

    5) Both must taught to respond to a peculiar new language.

    6) Psychological and physical instruction of containment must be created for both”.

NOTE: “Neither principles alone will suffice for good economics. All principles must be employed for the orderly good of the nation. Accordingly, both a wild horse and a wild or natural Nigger is dangerous even if captured, for they will have the tendency to seek their customary freedom, and, in doing so, might kill you in your sleep. You cannot rest. They sleep while you are awake and are awake while you are asleep. They are dangerous near the family house and it requires too much labor to watch them away from the house. Above all you cannot get them to work in this natural state. Hence, both the horse and the Nigger must be broken, that is break them from one form of mental life to another, keep the body and take the mind. In other words, break the will to resist”.

“When it comes to breaking the uncivilized Nigger, use the same process, but vary the degree and step up the pressure so as to do a complete reversal of the mind. Take the meanest and most restless Nigger, strip him of his clothes in front of the remaining Niggers, the female, and the Nigger infant, tar and feather him, tie each leg to a different horse faced in opposite directions, set him a fire and beat both horses to pull him apart in front of the remaining Niggers. The next step is to take a bull-whip and beat the remaining Nigger male to the point of death in front of the female and the infant. Don't kill him. But put the fear of God in him, for he can be useful for future breeding”. End of statement.

Fellow countrymen, that is where we had our Religions woes. Introducing religion and fear of God in the African was to let the African fear and respect their tradition and not any other God. We should be submissive to them. This is the root of our psychological intimidation. We have reason to fear the Imperialist.

The new African has a vision today to tell his people what happened to their ancestors who suffered under such cruel manner. Such intimidation has undoubtedly has effect on our Psyche. This has affected our mental that we are to obey whatsoever the imperialist will tell us. It has affected our Psyche that the word “Creativity and development” has become a mystery for the African .They have made us slaves to speak their language and obey them always. For this reason they have made us poor, in our own continent. They injected us with infusion of fears. They have brainwashed the African in such a way that we cannot even dictate the price of what we produce. We cannot rule our own country without their influence and interference. They created disunity among us, hatred within our tradition. They created division among us with their language. Their method was to let the slave have nothing to obey than their orders. ! You know now where we developed our fears and submisiveness.

Their colonization theory was so perfect that even to day the African cannot understand the secret of his incapability of developing. Intimidation and oppression is their weapon. Any African who will tell his fellow Africans the history that will make them become civilized will be killed. Example is Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, Martin Luther King, Beatrice Lumumba, and many more. The writer will be the next in the near future because he will continue the works of these Heroes at all cost.

Fellow country, the new African has a vision that one day, the history of the Black man will be reconstructed and thought in the schools. The new African has a vision that one day, little black boys and black girls will know the history and be able to join hands and unite themselves and fight against the Imperialist. The new African has a vision that one day, his government will reveal this vision to his people in Ghana and the game of the Imperialist shall be exposed. Today Ghana is suffering under neo-colonialism and nepotism. The new African has a vision that the end of neo-colonialism is coming to an end and the African shall see clearly and shall be free forever.

Fellow countrymen, isn?t this a reason for the African to fear the Imperialist and grow old?. God bless you and God bless Africa.
