Ghana reached the final of the WAFU U17 tournament after beating Ivory Coast 2-1 in Niamey on Wednesday.
The Black Starlets had to rally from behind to behind to score two goals in quick succession late in the first half.
The equalizer was a blistering header before the winner came shortly afterwards.
Ten minutes to time, Eugene Adjei Frimpong was sent off for a second yellow card.
Ghana will face winner of Thursday's semi-final between Nigeria and Niger.
