Referee Emmanuel Dally Gabga will be ‘suspended’ following his controversial decision to award Asante Kotoko a penalty in last Sunday’s Super Clash.
According to Accra Hearts of Oak Administrative Manager, Hackman Aidoo, the Bolgatanga-based official will face suspension for the decision.
Kotoko leveled the scores in the 80th minute after referee Dally Gagba awarded them a controversial penalty, which was expertly converted by Saddick Adams to end the match in a 1-1 stalemate.
“We all watched the game and after watching a referee, we see that some of the referees in Ghana are someway”, Hackman Aidoo said.
“What we have to do is to protest with the referees review to look into it and offer the due punishment for the referee but definitely, this referee will be suspended”, he added
