Is Akuffo-Addo's Legal Team Messing up Big Time?

As some pastors may tell to their congregation, 'if you don't go to Heaven, don't blame Jesus", so will I chide Nana Akuffo-Addo/Dr. Bawumia/Jake Obetsebi Lamptey's legal team for being a bit negligent. If they make the petitioners lose the case pending in the Supreme Court, they should not blame me for giving the supporters and all discerning Ghanaians false hope based on my much-publicised dream by KOFI BASOAH from Asante-Juaben.

I had recently posted an article on Ghanaweb, Modernghana.com and SpyGhana.com advising Nana Akuffo-Addo's Legal team to request John Mahama and Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Gyan to deposit copies of all the pink sheets and the biometric machines covering the entire 26,000 polling stations with the Supreme Court. This was in exchange for the detail and better clarifications requested by John Mahama and Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Gyan from Nana Akuffo-Addo and Co., on all the alleged 4,709 polling stations where electoral irregularities took place during Election 2012.

I had come to that conclusion after consulting with some superior White Legal minds, held some in-depth discussions, assessed the unpredictability, fickle-mindedness and total untrustworthiness of the Chairman of the Electoral Commission (Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Gyan), President John Mahama and the NDC. We established, deducing from empirical observations that the NDC, John Mahama and Kwadwo Afari-Gyan will not hesitate to attempt to obliterate the proof/evidence if the plaintiffs so furnish them with it as requested. Even though any such attempt by the defendants will result in preferring a criminal charge against them in the end, is it worth going down that likely tortuous path pregnant with unsubstantiated dillydallying?

I think it is never too late for the Lead Counsel (Addison) to request Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Gyan and President Mahama to place the above-mentioned documents and items with the Supreme Court. It is the only way to prevent the defendants from doing anything dodgy with the evidence of detail and better clarifications that the Supreme Court has obliged Nana Akuffo-Addo and Co. to release to John Mahama and Kwadwo Afari-Gyan.

It is not for nothing that I have been writing copiously of late. I strongly believe, as supported by some dreams of which that of Kofi Basoah has attracted my attention that Nana Akuffo-Addo really won the election but the winning verdict albeit irregularities, fraud and dubious connivance, was awarded to John Dramani Mahama.

It is good that the Supreme Court granted the plaintiffs' request for full details of selected Ghanaians resident abroad that Kwadwo Afari-Gyan permitted to vote in elections 2012. The request was for information about postal/residential addresses, names, profession, countries of current residence, numbers of registrants and their designations, when registered, where and how they cast their votes, which of them are students on government scholarships etc. Nevertheless, that is still not enough to assuage my fears about what the NDC and especially, Kwadwo Afari-Gyan, is capable of about destroying credible evidence that will nail him, John Mahama and the NDC in the coffin.

My White legal minds told me, "A FAIR exchange is not a robbery". I refer my readers, especially the NPP, discerning Ghanaians and the plaintiffs' legal team to my article published on Ghanaweb, Modernghana and SpyGhana.com on Sunday 27 January 2013 titled, "Supreme Court to determine if Nana Akuffo-Addo is Obliged to release further details to John Mahama & Kwadwo Afari-Gyan before……..?

Could the Chairman of NPP UK & Ireland (Mr Atta Krufi), Peter, Nana Yaw Sarpong, Kwame Peckham, Kwame Homerton, Abaawa Fabrics and Nana Sarkoddie Ababio aka DJ Sources, Hopeson Adorye etc. possibly make my observations known to the Lead Counsel for Nana Akuffo-Addo and Co.? We should not let an excellent opportunity to win the case slip through our porous fingers because of the negligence of some sort or commitment of rather preventable mistakes.

I salute all my readers, discerning Ghanaians and especially, KOFI BASOAH and Kwaku Burger. The voice that revealed the hidden secret to Kofi Basoah requires the NPP to remain RESOLUTE until the Supreme Court declares victory in their favour. Is it too hard to satisfy this simple requirement, which is priceless? Victory will be Nana Akuffo-Addo's but we need to stay resolute and remain intelligent at all times.
